Your request goes to our sales team, and we review the details you share about your property, the sports you want to play and your budget. We then follow up by phone or email to ask any questions, talk through court sizes, surfaces and options, and decide together whether a site visit is the right next step. From there we prepare a written proposal for your project and walk you through it.
It depends on the project. Grade, drainage, access for equipment and the space available all affect the design and the cost, so for a new court we often want to see the site or review clear photos and measurements before we finalize a proposal. Smaller jobs such as resurfacing, line painting or a hoop installation can often be quoted from photos and a few dimensions. We will tell you which applies when we follow up.
